American Studio Potters values the privacy of our customers. We do use Google Analytics as well as other third party embedded tracking code (cookies) to monitor site's traffic and track campaigns. Cookies do not provide personally identifiable information. Tracking code allows us to monitor the site's performance by seeing how visitors interact with the site, giving us insight into how we can improve our site. Such data may include non-identifiable personal; for example what states people are visiting from, type of technology (computer, pad, phone), and the most common time the site is visited.
We us PayPal for all ecommerce transitions. Whether you pay by payPal or pay by credit card, PayPal is our backend service provider. This ensures your data is safeguarded by best in industry practices and we do not retain any credit card information.
We also use Constant Contact to periodically communicate with customers who have contacted us via this site or previously made purchases. Opting out is easy and can be done by clicking "unsubscribe" in any of the communications.

Return Policy
We want to ensure that our customers are happy. Should a pot not match condition described in word and pictures, we will accept a return in condition purchased.
Should a customer find that the pot is not to their liking a return is possible with a 25% return fee OR credit toward another pot as long as the pot is in condition sent. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
